An influx in retirees in Australia over the next five years is expected to place increasing pressure on the availability of homes in lifestyle resorts in and around Perth.
With a shortage of land also coming into play in WA, the Providence team has paved the
way to substantially increase the number of architecturally designed homes at the exceptional Haynes Lifestyle Resort from 79 to 150.
If our exciting, proposed changes are approved, the Resort – located right near Haynes Shopping Centre – will be created in two precincts, joined by a landscaped park featuring the stunning Neerigan Brook foreshore.
The expansion is also sparking a design upgrade of our shared facilities – including our gorgeous contemporary Clubhouse – allowing more retirees to down- size their home and upsizing their lifestyle into this wonderful community in the foothills.
The first homeowners will likely move in late next year, with civil works for Stage 1 kicking off early in 2025 on the western side of the Resort.
