We’re excited to share that the summer months have delivered steady progress on-site at our Mandurah Resort, and the transformation is well underway.
Since our startup, civil works have advanced significantly, with essential services now being installed across the Resort. The changes are already visible, and we’re seeing major improvements throughout the site.
You’ll notice even more progress as we complete Stage 1 and 2 civil works over the next few months, with the delivery of our first homes in Stage 1 not far away.
You will also notice that the Providence focus on tree retention is becoming evident at our Mandurah Resort with our beautiful entrance treatment and streetscapes meandering around the large native trees. These large established trees define the resort lifestyle and will deliver a peaceful retreat for our Homeowners.
Interest in the Resort continues to be strong, with high demand from those seeking a better lifestyle in the holiday destination of Mandurah. The rapid progress has captured the attention of many, and we’re thrilled to see such positive momentum.
