The Resort gates and internal entry landscaping are now complete, creating a welcoming, picturesque entrance that sets the tone for this growing community.
Construction continues, with civil works for stages 3 and 4 now underway and expected to be completed by mid-2026. Construction of Stage 3 homes has also commenced, marking an important step in bringing new Homeowners online. Meanwhile, upgrades to Riverside Drive are in progress. While these works may cause some temporary inconvenience, they will deliver a refined streetscape and a beautifully designed entrance that enhances the overall Resort experience.
The long-awaited Clubhouse is now becoming a reality, with construction well underway and the vision of a Central Hub for social gatherings, lifestyle activities and community events taking shape. In the meantime, Homeowners are already enjoying a temporary communal space, with one home thoughtfully transformed into a welcoming place to gather, connect and start building community.
