We are thrilled to share that more than half of the homes in Stage 1 of Mandurah Lifestyle Resort have been snapped up – and Stage 2 is now selling.
With civil works for both of these stages commencing shortly, our team has been working tirelessly to close out the necessary approvals for all main roads and services connections.
Once this is done, the last barriers to starting building on site will have been removed, meaning our Stage 1 homes – which are currently in production – will be able to begin arriving in the final quarter of the year. So, it’s a very exciting time!
In other news, our creative team has been working closely with our architects to finalise the design of the Resort’s facility-packed Clubhouse.
In this community, the focus will be on catering to a younger, more active and highly social demographic of early retirees, with plans for a bowling green, large entertaining areas, an outdoor BBQ space, and games room with a bar.
With construction of the Resort clubhouse and common facilities scheduled to start in early 2025, the rest of 2024 will be particularly busy.
