Following the grand opening of the Piara Waters Clubhouse in October 2024, the team turned their attention to the final phase of completion, focusing on the external facilities and surrounding landscaping. This final stretch was a monumental task, given the vast scale and variety of the outdoor amenities. The Creative Team was determined to extend the same level of detail and wow factor to the exterior spaces as they had to the Clubhouse interior.
For those who enjoy physical activities, the addition of the bowling green and pickleball courts has been a significant highlight. These facilities have quickly become popular gathering spots, perfect for both friendly tournaments and casual socializing.
Our indoor pool, spa, and sauna, along with the outdoor pool and sundeck, were especially welcome during the hot summer months. With comfortable, stylish furniture to unwind on, these areas offer a true resort-like experience, where residents can relax and enjoy the sun.
The Secret Garden was thoughtfully designed as a tranquil retreat for reflection. As the plants continue to mature, it will evolve into a lush, private haven—a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea, dive into a good book, or simply sit and contemplate in peace.
On the northern side of the Clubhouse, a cluster of mature trees frames the rustic-style hut, complete with a cozy fire pit, sitting area, walkways, and a dog-friendly play area. The natural surroundings create an inviting, peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
With the cooler months now upon us, our fruit, vegetable, and herb garden is set to thrive. The addition of a charming potting shed provides the ideal space for anyone who enjoys gardening, whether it’s repotting seedlings or preparing homegrown produce.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’ve established a comprehensive recycling centre. This facility makes it easy for Homeowners to sort bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, batteries, and more, ensuring that recycling is both accessible and convenient.
